Dill Lime Salmon

Want a FRESH FISH DISH?  Look no further than right HERE! Dill Lime Salmon with garlic and mint packs a medley of flavors that keep you feeling slim ‘n’ trim and only spending a few minutes on a dish that could easily be at a 5 star restaurant!  We love the Omega fatty acids in salmon that really keep our mind and body JUST as fresh as our mouths.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
4 or 5 oz Salmon filet
1 tbsp garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
fresh dill
fresh mint
1 lime, sliced
sliced almonds, for garnish

Directions:
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Place fresh dill in pan, followed by salmon filet on top. Add additional dill on top of salmon. Add salt and pepper to surface of salmon. Add lime slices and mint. Spread minced garlic fairly evenly over filet. Sauté approximately 4 minutes on each side, watching closely. Remove from heat and serve on top of a bed of spinach, rice, quinoa, or potatoes. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top and ENJOY!
