2 Pkg puff pastry, 3 pcs mozzarella, 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, 6 slices cooked ham, 1 bunch fresh basil, some black sesame
Roll out the puff pastry… cut the two packs each in 3 same sized strips.
Cut the ham slices into 3 equal strips.
The cherry tomatoes are halved…
Take a strip of dough and place 3 strips of ham on it.
Here come are a few basil leaves and cherry tomato halves on it.
Immerse your fingers in water and stripe along on one long side of the dough…
Fold the dough along together.
Roll the dough together to a snail.
Fill all other dough strips and let the snail grow 🙂
Place the dough-snail on a baking sheet and spread with egg wash.
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds and put it in your oven at 190°C/375°F for 25 minutes or until the it’s nice and golden!
Done … looks great right? Cut and enjoy 🙂
