1 box instant pudding mix (chocolate, mocha, caramel or white chocolate flavors)
1 cup coffee double espresso
1/4 c heavy cream
8 oz cool whip
1 packaged oreo cookie pie crust OR 25 oreo cookies of choice, pulverized
5 tbsp melted butter
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup candy bar pieces or cookie pieces, chopped

dark chocolate covered espresso beans
whipped topping
caramel sauce or syrup

In large mixing bowl, mix instant pudding mix, espresso, cream, cool whip, until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and any other candy bar or cookie pieces.
