10 sheets Phyllo Dough, thawed
1 wheel Brie cheese
1/4 can cranberry sauce, with fruit (and 2 TBSP for garnish)
2 TBSP brown sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Lay a sheet of phyllo dough horizontally on a smooth, dry surface. Brush with melted butter. Place another sheet on top. Brush with butter. Continue until you have five sheets of alternating sheet and butter on top of each other. Be sure to end with a dry sheet on top, without butter.
Place brie in the center of the sheets and top with cranberry sauce. Fold sheet corners over the brie. If necessary, add butter to edges to allow sheet to adhere to itself. Sprinkle brown sugar over top of dough. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 F/ 200 C between 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly; Top with 2 TBSP cranberry sauce, and drizzle caramel sauce. Enjoy.
