Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake

3 classics tangled into ONE EPIC dessert!  Classic cheesecake, marshmallow Krispies and cinnamon toast crunch cereal.  There won’t be one crumb left once you bite into this mouthwatering treat.  And luckily, perfect for any and all occasions whether casual or fancy!


10 oz marshmallows
3 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cups cinnamon toast crunch cereal (crushed)

Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla


In a food processor, crush cinnamon toast crunch cereal well. (Can be chunky to have a more porous crust.) In large mixing bowl, pour butter and marshmallows. Microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and mix well quickly. Then mix in cereal. Pour mixture into spring pan or pie pan. Press down well. In large mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, cinnamon, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer. Blend well until smooth. Pour entire mixture on top of marshmallow cereal crust and smooth evenly. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours. When ready to serve, cut and serve immediately! Enjoy!
