Shredded Buffalo Chicken Bake

We all get invited to BBQs or tailgate parties and wonder, “what could I bring that everyone would absolutely love?”  Search no more, because this Shredded Buffalo Chicken Bake most definitely fits that bill.   Easy to throw together, a spice level that can be customized to suit all tastes and warm biscuit dough intertwined – they’ll be begging for more!

1 package biscuit dough
1 cooked chicken (shredded)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup buffalo sauce

Preheat oven to 375°. In greased casserole dish, layer bottom with cut up biscuit dough. Spread Buffalo sauce and shredded chicken over dough. Top off with cheese. Bake on middle rack for 30-40 minutes, or until dough is fully cooked. Yummy!
