Sweet Nutella Pull-Apart-Bread

Ingredients:
Dough: 350g flour, 1 packet of dry yeast, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, 150ml lukewarm milk, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons Nutella for the filling
Butter and brown sugar for the coating
Optional for the coating: chopped, roasted almonds

Recipe:
Give the sugar, dry yeast and warm milk in a bowl.
Stir the three ingredients and let the sugar dissolve.

Add all the other dough ingredients and kead them 6-7 minutes to a ball.
Either by hand or with a kneading machine.

The dough comes in a greased bowl. Cover it and let it rise for 1 hour.
He should then be doubled in size at least.

While the dough rises, we can prepare the chocolate filling.
Herefore I’ll show you a little trick.
Take an ice cube tray and add 3 tablespoons Nutella on it.
Spread the Nutella with a butter knife, so that the cube molds are filled.
The ice cube tray goes into your freezer for 30-60 minutes.

When the dough is ready, make a long sausage out of it and cut it into small pieces.
So that you can form 4-5 cm large balls out of it.

Form balls and press them flat … Then comes the Nutella ice-cubes.
Enclose this with the dough and forme a nice ball.
Do that with all the pieces of dough …

Melt a little butter and roll the dough balls in it. Coat them in brown sugar afterwards.
I also added some ground roasted almonds in it… It gives it this special kick! 🙂

The balls now come in a cake-tin…

Give the cake pan at 200°C/390°F for 15 minutes in the oven…
