1/2 red onion
1 Red, orange or yellow pepper
Whole wheat tortillas
Chop red onion, mushrooms, and peppers. Sauté in frying pan. Remove veggies. Place tortilla in frying pan with olive oil. Spread garlic salsa, shredded mozzarella cheese, and place veggies onto tortilla. Once tortilla is crispy, remove from heat and add a dash of red pepper flakes. Cut and enjoy!
