Pulled Pork Wonton


8 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
2 cups BBQ pulled pork
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs parsley
Oil for frying
2 pkgs of wonton wraps


Mix all of the ingredients above. Once blended, place on parchment paper and freeze. 1 hour should do the trick. Remove from freezer and cut up into small squares. Heat oil for frying. Place each piece in water basted wonton. Twist sides to completely cover pulled pork mixture. Fry in heated oil until slightly brown. Remove from heat and drain excess oil. Serve as an appetizer with Ranch Dressing.
