BACON!!! CHEESE!!! You have GOT to make this creamy, cheesy artichoke dip with bacon for your next entertaining snack! We love water crackers, triscuits, wheat thins, butter crackers… or chips… or mini toasts.. bruschetta? The sky really is the limit to what you could do with this dip! Add it to a sandwich or wrap for some depth to the flavors! Let us know what you added to yours, and how you enjoyed it!
Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon, cooked and in pieces
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
1 small can artichoke quarters, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
Hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Place in oven friendly dish and bake for 30 minutes until a little golden on top.
Serve with baguettes or crackers and enjoy!
