2 wheat tortillas, 6 tbsp Pizza sauce, 6 tbsp of grated mozzarella, a small handful of mini salami
Put the wheat tortillas on the table and cut small slices with a round shape … those should be about 10cm in diameter.
Now you need a muffin tin. Grease it a little and press the tortilla slices into the molds.
Fill the small tortillas with a tablespoon of pizza sauce, a tablespoon of grated mozzarella and a few small slices of salami on top of it.
The tin comes into the oven at 200°C/390°F for 10-15 minutes.
