Cheesy Garlic Artichoke Pull-Apart Bread


1 loaf artisan bread
1 5/8 sticks butter
5 mozzarella sticks
9 slices bacon
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 can quarter artichoke hearts
1 tbsp garlic
1/4 cup green onion
1 tbsp rosemary
handful parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350°. In a baking pan, cut a loaf of bread into small 1″x1″ squares, while keeping the bottom of the bread connected. Take 1 1/2 stick butter and place in between the bread squares. Then wrap each mozzarella stick in a slice of bacon and place in between bread squares.

In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, artichoke hearts, garlic, green onion, and 1/8 stick butter. Press this mixture into the loaf of bread, making sure that it is pressed into the inside of the loaf. Top bread with rosemary, remaining 4 strips of bacon, and parmesan. Bake in the oven for 25 mins then enjoy!
